ODESSA - A Bowie Junior High School teacher has resigned following his arrest last month.
Steven Ray Hernandez resigned from ECISD Tuesday morning. He was arrested in late October by the Ector County Sheriff's Office on a warrant for Tampering with a Witness.
He was also arrested by Odessa Police in June for Indcent Exposure. That incident happeend back in May, before he was hired by ECISD.
