PECOS - The Pecos Senior Center is literally falling apart, and an engineer for the city says, the building needs to be condemned.
The engineer who looked at building on Thursday afternoon told the Mayor that they need to get people out before that part of the building collapses and drags other parts down with it.
The Mayor told NewsWest Nine, the city council will hold an emergency meeting within the next couple of days to come up with a solution.
