Midland County Deputies Searching for Armed Robbery Suspect

MIDLAND COUNTY - Midland County Deputies are searching for the man they say robbed a convenience store in Greenwood.

Just before one on Friday afternoon, a white man in his late 50's, wearing a black cap and black clothes, walked into the uncles on fm 307 and made a purchase.

There were other people in the store at the time and the suspect went out to his car.

When those other people left, officials say he walked back in, pulled out a knife, and demanded money from the clerk.

She gave it to him and he took off in his sliver dodge car, heading west towards Midland.
