Staff Report

ODESSA - They've written 60 tickets in two weeks.

Odessa drivers haven't put down their cell phones in the school zones.

The no cell phone signs went up a couple weeks ago.

Odessa Police want to remind you to set that phone down or plug in a hands-free device.

The signs are up at schools inside the city limits.

If you don't pay attention, you might be driving home with a hefty fine.
