ANDREWS - A fight between neighbors ends with an Andrews man in a standoff with police.
Police say Raymond Vasquez barricaded himself in his home.
Police say it all started when he got into an argument with his neighbor.
We're told Vasquez went into his house, got a gun, came back and threatened the woman.
That's when she called 911 but Vasquez barricaded himself in his house.
Police tried to get him to come out for about an hour but say he refused to cooperate.
They finally used a flash bang device to distract Vasquez and took him into custody.
Vasquez is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
