Trying to convince a 16-year-old girl to have sex, that's what one Odessa man confessed to on Friday.
42-year-old Guy Kidd plead guilty to persuasion and enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity.
According to court documents, Kidd began sexting two 16-year-old girls last year.
Kidd later admitted he texted one of the girls asking for sex.
He now faces a minimum of ten years in prison.
