PECOS COUNTY - The Pecos County Memorial Hospital is looking to upgrade their services once again.
Hospital officials tell NewsWest 9, they're taking bids to purchase a new MRI machine but they want to buy one at a reasonable price.
We're told MRI machines can run anywhere between $350,000 and $3 million.
If purchased, the MRI machine would help several patients in rural areas and it would also cut back on travel time
The hospital board is expected to make a decision sometime in March.
